Ordering your transcripts online is the fastest and most convenient method. Long Beach City College processes all transcripts using Parchment Transcript Services which provides 24/7 requests and services. If you need help with an existing transcript order, please contact Parchment Support Services.

Note: Transcripts that include Coursework taken prior to Fall 1984 may take approximately 30 business days to process. During campus closures, these requests are delayed by an additional 6 weeks.

Unofficial Transcripts

You may view and print out an unofficial copy of your transcript by logging into the Viking Student Portal and following the instructions. There is no charge for this service.

From the Student Center, go to Self Service.
Under Academic Records, click on Unofficial Transcripts.
