I have worked on all platforms of the food and beverage industry for over 25 years. I have worked for companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Patina Restaurant Group, Doomies Inc, The Historic Mission Inn, Le Cordon Bleu, The Arts Institute, Dignity Health Care, Orange Coast College, and Michelin rated restaurants in Italy and France.

- Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America
- Bachelors in International Business
- Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Colorado Technical University
- Masters Certificate in Italian Cuisine from The International Culinary Institute for Foreigners in Italy
