Event & Filming Services

The Event and Filming Services Department is responsible for reservations for all designated spaces on both Long Beach City College campuses. Spaces include various athletic facilities, multi-purpose rooms, and outdoor spaces. 

* Designated facilities are available for rent to the public upon availability. 

Application for facilities shall be submitted 14 days prior to the first usage date. Larger events may not be accommodated within this time frame depending on size and scope. Additional time shall be required to process larger event reservations and require mandatory pre-event meetings.
