Robert Vitt
Professor, Philosophy
Robert Vitt has taught philosophy at Long Beach City College since 2014. He holds graduate degrees in law, philosophy, and business. His research and public interests include logic, critical thinking, conspiracy theories, and debates surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
A Southern California native, Vitt studied logic and philosophy of language at CUNY Graduate Center. His teaching emphasizes clarity, critical thinking, and the practical value of philosophical inquiry. At Long Beach City College, he teaches courses including Logic, Critical Thinking, Ethics, Philosophy of Religion, Introduction to Philosophy, and the History of Ancient and Modern Philosophy.
