Great ShakeOut Earthquake Drill – Thurs., Oct. 15
Long Beach City College will participate in the Great ShakeOut Earthquake Drill on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. The drill will require a total evacuation of all buildings at both the LAC and TTC campuses. All students, faculty, staff, and visitors must participate. At 10:15 a.m., everyone will Drop, Cover, and Hold On for one minute, followed by a full evacuation to designated assembly areas. Review your building’s evacuation plan in advance and familiarize yourself with your assembly area. Review the campus assembly area maps on the Emergency Preparedness webpage.
