The LBCC Child Development Advisory Board is made up of local school districts, educational institutions, professional educators and industry professionals specializing in a variety of Child Development careers. The advisory board gives advice and suggestions for updates and improvements to our curriculum and programs to meet the specific needs of our students. The advisory board helps to determine classes necessary for the various career options. The Child Development Program take the advice of our advisory board to stay up to date with the latest early childhood pedagogy and teaching practices.
