At LBCC, our Culinary Arts Advisory Board is made up of local employers, restaurants, and food industry professionals. The Advisory Board updates and approves our curriculum and programs to meet the specific needs for our students.  Our Culinary Arts program is constantly evolving and learning from the advice of Advisory Board and integrate their recommendations into our program with intensive restaurant and food service experience through hands-on instruction in the daily operation of a professional kitchen.
