Login into your Account
You will access your CVC Exchange course through your home campus Canvas account.
Navigating Your Course
- Once logged in to Canvas, you will see your CVC Exchange course on the dashboard.
- While you are in your CVC Exchange course in Canvas, you still have access to online resources at your home campus.

Disability Support Programs for Students
If you receive academic accommodations from your Home college Disabled Students Program & Services (DSPS), those services do not automatically transfer to CVC Exchange courses. If you need accommodation for your CVC Exchange course, contact the DSPS Office at the teaching campus to apply. Please identify yourself as a CVC Exchange student.
Financial Aid
If you have been approved for, or are eligible for, federal financial aid, please contact your home college Financial Aid Office to confirm that your CVC course is eligible for aid.
If you would like to be considered for a California Promis Grant (Fee Waiver) of your CVC course, please add LBCC to your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). LBCC school code number is 001219.
Student Fees
Instructions to pay for class material fees or online textbooks.
- log in to the Viking Portal to access the Viking Student System.
- Go to the Student Account tile to complete your payment.
