Long Beach City College and the Long Beach City College Foundation are proud to present the Summer Fest and Drone Show on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Join us for an evening of fun while we highlight Long Beach City College!

Vendors shall be curated to ensure we are meeting the scope and tone of the event. Selection process will not be on a first come first served basis. There shall be no shared spaces allowed. One company or organization shall occupy one booth.

Vendor costs shall include a 10×10’ festival tent, 1 table and 2 chairs. If you wish to bring additional tables or chairs, you may do so at your own cost.

Non-profit Vendor – $250

Each vendor is required to provide an interactive activity. Our goal is to provide an interactive and fun atmosphere throughout the event. Proof of nonprofit is required.

NONPROFIT VENDOR APPLICATION

Merchant Vendor – $350

Merchant vendors are a company or an organization wishing to sell or promote products and services. Each vendor shall obtain a valid Long Beach Business License if selling products on site.

MERCHANT VENDOR APPLICATION
