All food vendors, including food trucks, shall provide health permits and business license verification.

Food vendors shall provide the following:

• Long Beach Health Department Permit
• If they are selling goods, a copy of Long Beach Business License.

Food trucks shall provide the following:

• Long Beach Business License
• Long Beach Health Department Permits
• Certificate of insurance (COI) naming the District as additionally insured.
