The ITS Department uses Launch LBCC, as our centralized, single point-of-contact for all technology services. Students and employees can go to launch.lbcc.edu to open service requests tickets and access help guides in the Knowledge Base.

  • Note: you will receive emails from “Launch Outbound“ when you open tickets, and you can now respond directly to tickets via email.

The ITS Department will continue rolling out new features in Launch LBCC.

Additional ways to reach ITS Help Desk:

  • Email launchit@lbcc.edu to request an ITS service and a ticket will be created for you. Providing as many details as possible helps us expedite your request. 
  • Call x4357 from on campus or (562) 938-HELP from off campus between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Please note that tickets will be the first priority. Phone calls will be returned as staffing allows. We highly recommend submitting a ticket to receive the fastest service response.

Desktop Support

If you are experiencing issues with the PeopleSoft system. Please perform the following steps before opening a ticket.
