LBCC Afterschool Program
Are you an enrolled LBCC student who is a parent or guardian responsible for the care of children 6-18 years old? Do you struggle to find afterschool care while you are on campus to attend classes or counseling appointments, or when you need to study or visit the library?
Good news! LBCC has an afterschool program on-site at the Liberal Arts Campus. Children ages 6-18 have a safe place to get homework help, a hot meal, and the opportunity to participate in art, music, athletics, and STEM programs. LBCC partners with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Long Beach and the Long Beach Unified School District to provide this program at no cost to LBCC students. Limited spaces are also available for children of LBCC employees. -
