Required Documents

Students, please bring with you

  • Your Driver’s License or State ID Card
  • Social Security Cards (for FAFSA)
  • Your Alien Registration Card, if applicable

Students & Parents, please bring with you

  • Social Security Cards (for FAFSA)
  • 2020 W-2 forms, 1099 forms, records of money earned, Unemployment, and any other taxable benefits
  • 2020 Federal Income tax form (even if not completed)
  • Current bank statement
  • Public Assistance benefits statement (TANF, Food Stamps, SSI, and GR)
