Public Health Expo – Wed., April 22
Visit the Liberal Arts Campus on Wednesday, April 22 for the LBCC
Public Health. Opening session at 10:00 a.m. in the J
Building featuring public health history, poetry, and play,
followed by the main expo at 11:00 a.m. in the A Quad, and
concluding at 2:00 p.m. in Q-117 with an opioid overdose
prevention session where students can receive a certificate of
participation and a harm reduction kit.
Enjoy free food, snow cones, music, a 360° photo booth,
inflatable money booth, yoga, and sound baths. Explore free
health screenings, live demonstrations, and student research
while connecting with transfer universities (CSU, UC & private
colleges), internships, and job opportunities in the health care
and social assistance sector.
