Realizing the impact of trauma on our student population and the effect secondary trauma has on our faculty, staff, and administration, LBCC is committed to recognizing signs of trauma in all community members and responding appropriately with evidenced-based strategies for building resilience and growth. LBCC aims to reduce community re-traumatization through training and workshops such as Resiliency Training; Peace-Making Circles; Healing Burnout; Trauma and Self-Care.

The next workshop will be Peace-Making Circles with Dr. Thomas Reed (for Students and Employees) Wed., Dec. 4 from 2 - 3:35 p.m. in the SJIC (2nd Floor of Building B).
