In the Visual and Media Arts Department, Art History students can participate in the Club d’Art, Guest Artist Lectures, the LBCC Art Gallery, Open Studio Night, and field trips to local museums and public art.
Internship Experience
The Getty Marrow Undergraduate Summer Internships and the L.A. County Arts Internships offer paid work opportunities for students at a variety of cultural institutions in the Long Beach/Los Angeles region. Each spring, L.A. County Arts holds an information session at LBCC about the internship program.
