How to Inactivate Courses​

  1. Course Inactivation Proposal​

    • Access and complete the Course Inactivation Proposal form on the CEval website.​
  2. Foundational Documentation​

    • Ensure completion and submission.​
  3. CTE: Labor Market Information​

    • Labor Market Information should demonstrate a lack of need for employment in the course or program’s area.​
  4. CTE: Advisory Committee Minutes​

    • Highlight the motions and votes to the proposal to inactivate the course.​
  5. CEval Subcommittee​

    • To be considered for upcoming CEval meetings, submit the following to the subcommittee chair:​
      • Departmental Discussions​
      • Approval Sheet​
      • Completed Course Inactivation Proposal​
      • Labor Market Information​
      • Advisory Minutes​​
