The Trauma-Informed Approach Workgroup is a faculty-led initiative at LBCC building the institutional systems and infrastructure that support trauma-informed practice across the college. This work spans curriculum, faculty development, and student services, and includes the launch of California’s first Trauma Studies AS degree in Fall 2026.
