School-Level Planning
School-level planning occurs after instructional program planning and department planning/review for Academic Affairs and Student Services schools. The College Planning Council has approved a charge and membership for the Academic Affairs and Student Services School Planning Groups, which can be found on the right-hand side of this webpage. Through the school planning process, each school planning group establishes long-term school goals and monitors progress on these goals through the evaluation of student achievement and learning data, as well as progress on identified activities. School plan goals and activities are informed by the instructional program plan/reviews and non-instructional department plan/reviews within each school. Resources from the program and department plan/reviews that align with school planning goals are prioritized to accomplish the goals. School plans are due to the Director of Planning at the end of each fall term in alignment with the Planning and Budget Timeline established by the College Planning Council.
