The Wave Trauma Centre, Student Equity, Human Resources, Faculty Professional Development, and Student Affairs LBCC is offering: Trauma & The Body Workshop with Dr. Paul Gallagher.
Trauma can deeply affect not only the mind but also the body. In fact, the body often plays a central role in how trauma is experienced and stored. Approaches that focus on the body are key for holistic healing, as they help to release stored trauma, improve bodily awareness, and restore balance in the nervous system.
