Latinx Heritage Month Celebration Begins with Kick-off on Sept. 16
Food, performances, and special guests will mark the beginning of Latinx Heritage Month from noon – 2 p.m., on Tues., Sept. 16, on the south side of A building, facing Carson Street. All are welcome to stop by and enjoy! A month-long celebration of Latinx Heritage Month continues from there!

- August 22nd - College Day (Student Services offices will be closed)
- August 25th - First day of Fall classes
- August 28th - Last day the waitlist will run for classes that filled for 16 week and first 8-week courses.

Realizing the impact of trauma on our student population and the effect secondary trauma has on our faculty, staff, and administration, LBCC is committed to recognizing signs of trauma in all community members and responding appropriately with evidenced-based strategies for building resilience and growth. LBCC aims to reduce community re-traumatization through training and workshops that have been recorded for you to watch at your convenience.
