The department of Visual and Media Arts offers Art, Film, Digital Media and Radio and Television Programs at both campuses with beginning, advanced and professional courses in each discipline.

Introductory classes establish a technical and critical understanding of visual and media language and lead to more advanced studies in which students create and exhibit their work. All programs offer associate degrees and certificates, preparing students for a four-year college or university, entry-level work and/or professional advancement. Students graduate with a foundation to pursue careers as independent artists, producers or performers, as well as opportunities in numerous industries where creative skills are in demand.
