Years of Service Award
Long Beach City College has an annual tradition of honoring full-time employees for every 5 years of service in recognition of their dedication to the college and our students. Employees reaching 5 to 25 years of service are presented with a pin indicating the milestone reached. At 30, 35 and 40 years and above, honorees are recognized with a special memento commemorating their length of service with the institution.

In appreciation of the dedicated service that our employees provide to our students, it is a Long Beach City College tradition to honor full-time employees for every 5 years of service and our part-time faculty when they reach 10 & 20 years.
