Athletic Facilities

The scheduling of events will be based on facility availability and approval by the Long Beach City College Office of Events & Community Relations. There may also be a review by other department-supported committees. 

All events negotiated by the Event and Filming Services Department will determine the extent of personnel required to safeguard event attendees and the College’s interest. 

Although a space may appear available, your request does not constitute an automatic approval or reservation. Multiple requests for the same date could be pending due to several factors, including, but not limited to, postseason events, internal events management, and unforeseen circumstances.
