Fall 2026 Drop-in Counseling

Have a quick question about graduation, registration, or completing your program? Connect with a Completions & SYE Counselor during drop-in hours.

Drop-in services include: One-semester educational plans, prerequisite clearance, unit overload petitions, graduation application check-ins, and other quick completion questions.

Drop-In Hours (Monday through Thursday, excluding college holidays)

  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. | In Person or Virtual
  • 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. | Virtual Only 

Please Note: Completions/SYE drop-in is available for students who have completed 24+ units or are completing a certificate and have 1-2 semesters left.

Who should meet with a Completions & Second Year Experience (SYE) Counselor? 

  • If you have completed 24 units or more at LBCC or at another college or university 
  • If you will be completing a certificate and only have one semester left  
  • If you are part of the Second Year Experience (SYE) program

Below are services that we can assist you with: 

  • Identifying classes needed to complete your degree and/or transfer. 
  • Identifying classes needed to complete your certificate. 
  • Help you apply for your Associate degree or certificate. 
  • If your application for graduation got denied, we will help get you back on track. 
  • If your application to transfer to a University got denied, we will help you get back on track.
